Allan is a registered architect in the State of Texas, LEED accredited professional, and licensed real estate agent.

Allan has been designing residential and commercial projects since 2001 and has worked in the construction industry since 1991.  Allan has worked on several sides of the construction industry including heavy equipment operator and plumbing apprentice.  Allan's past experience has given him a better understanding of the construction process and he incorporates this experience and knowledge as he designs.  Allan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from University of Houston in 2003 and his Master of Architecture in 2004.  In 2009 Allan became a LEED accredited professional and licensed real estate agent.

Allan's residential designs include custom homes, townhomes, inventory homes, and remodel/additions.  Allan's commercial projects include daycares, office spaces, and warehouse spaces. 

Allan is energy and space conscious and incorporates these GREEN ideas into his projects.  

Allan works closely with engineers, other consultants, and contractors as necessary to ensure the success of his projects.

When working with clients, communication between himself and the client is one of his top priorities.  Allan listens to his client's needs and incorporates these needs into his designs.
